Why did he run off right away to tell his friends?
Long story short:
I used a pick up line on a guy I saw for the first time at our high school "Senior Breakfast" activity. We’re both seniors in high school who were about to graduate on that day of the Senior Breakfast.
the pick up line: "hey i need some help.. could you help me? i lost my phone number can i have yours?"
he looked at me, gave it to me anyway, and ran off.
I really thought he looked like a pretty cool, decent guy, but the next thing I know I find his friends (who are girls) making fun of me. =.=
So.. what’s your take on why he ran off right away to tell his friends?
Was it really my pick up line that was funny? Was it the fact that he was asked was funny? Is he immature… Is he just scared….
please answer, I will choose a best answer within a day. Thanks!

Its the pick up line you used i assume cause its pretty lame no offense. Also you were maybe a little to forward for him. Some guys like forwardness and other hate it. It will be okay just call him and tell him that you was interested in him just couldn’t think of what to say and wanted to make a joke and that was all you could come up with at the spear of the moment maybe y’all will just laugh about it and he will go out with you. But if know not to do that again to the next guy. Next time just ask the guy if he would like to hangout sometime.
just ignore them. and don’t ever talk to him again, cause you don’t want them to laugh at you.

My opinion on this guy is he is just immature. I don’t think it had anything to do with anything ese other than he is immature. He may have been a cool, decent looking guy but he is immature.
